Simon van Kempen
Simon van Kempen

Simon returned with his family to live in the Northern Rivers in 2014 after a 33 year international business career spanning Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. His property finance career began as a senior accountant for the Ritz Hotel in London and grew as Finance Director and Property Acquisitions Specialist for a large European chain, to oversee the buying, leasing and sale of properties in the value of hundreds of millions of dollars. Additionally Simon spent 12 years working in the highly competitive and expensive Manhattan hotel market in financial, asset management and senior operational roles.
The principles that underpinned this extensive international activity ensure that the purchase of a family home will receive exactly the same attention as a multi-million dollar transaction. Simon is currently completing his Australian legal qualifications at Southern Cross University.
Simon serves as a Director of van Kempen & Associates.
